Replacement Ink Pads & Ink Bottles

These rubber stamps come with a pre-determined imprint on them. Choose from a wide variety of phrase stamps and daters that have the most popular saying already on them.

Need a stamp that says "FAXED" and then prints the date too? Select Phrase Daters.

Need a stamp that only says "FAXED" without the date? Select Phrase Only Stamps.

Need a stamp that says "RECEIVED" and shows the date AND the time it was received? Select Time and Date Stamps.

Each stamp is listed with all of its phrases so you can make sure that the wordings you need are there. They do vary from stamp to stamp so check other models if you don't see the phrase you are looking for.

Custom wordings are of course available in our Date Stamp section. These are great if you need it to say something like this ....... "FAXED by Mary Jane".

Our stock stamps come in self inking heavy duty and manual (which require a separate ink pad). Please note that the ink pad for manual stamps is not included in the pricing shown below. See our page on Ink Pads & Ink for pricing on pads.
