Number & Alphabet Stamps from T.S.T. Rubber Stamp.ca
Numbering & Alphabet Stamps are also know in the industry as band numberers, band stamps, manual numberers, number rubber stamps, alphanumeric rubber stamps, etc. But no matter what you call them, they all work the same way. These stamps have pure rubber bands that each have a set of numbers, letters, punctuation characters or combinations of all of these. The bands rotate using an easy-grip wheel, one for each each band. You can set the imprint to be whatever you need at the moment. These are especially useful for printing lot or serial numbers where you have to routinely change the imprint. The really great feature of these number rubber stamps is that they come in so many sizes and variations. Characters can be as small as 3/32" and as big as 7/8" for those extra large jobs! The charts shown below give a limited representation of the imprints available. Some units can be configured with as may as 22 individual bands. Numbers can be combined with letters and even a date stamp to make that unique imprint that you need for your particular application. The first chart below is a not-to-scale representation of how many characters can be fit in to one inch (1") of printing space. Use this to make sure that you choose the right size of bands for your job. For Example: To print "1 2 3 4 5 6 7" in characters 1/4" high you would have to have 2" of space available. If you only had 1" of space you would have to reduce the height of your characters to 1/16" to get seven numbers to print as per the chart. Don't forget, a certain amount of space is required between each band for the turning wheel.
The shaded areas indicate sizes and number of bands that are also available on self inking stamps. All sizes are available as manual stamps that require a separate ink pad. Sizes that are NOT shaded are only available as manual stamps. The maximum number of bands

The term
"Cost & Selling" applies to stamps where alphabet and number bands
are combined into one letter and number stamp. Use an "Alphabet Rubber Stamp" in those places where you need to spell out words on your imprint. All the letters are there, in every position, all the time. Again there are some restrictions to the sizes available. The shaded areas show the sizes that are available in a self inking unit.
